Where do you source your materials from and is everything that you make really using high quality ingredients?
Yes! We use high quality ingredients we can find. The majority of our ingredients are sourced from within the United States and West Africa.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products do have a shelf life, typically 2 years.
How soon can I expect my order?
After an order is placed, please allow up 3-5 days for your order to ship. We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labeling, and shipping. Many of our items are made so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
For Local Orders: After shipping, please allow a few days for your order to arrive.

What temperature do these products need to be stored at?
No Plastics and/or harmful chemicals used in our products that will prevent melting when exposed to melting point temperatures.
HIGH PROBABILITY that your whipped body butter could melt during transit or while sitting in your mailbox. We ask that you have your purchase shipped to a location where it will not sit in a hot /container i.g. PO box, mailbox that sits in the sun, etc.
What to do if Product Melts?
You can use it melted or place in the refrigerator to solidify.
It will NOT regain the whipped texture, but will absolutely maintain its wonderful healing and moisturizing properties.
